At first, what kind of image do you have of yoga?

Image of yoga and example.

  1. Having a high threshold for entry. (Image)
  2. It was different from what I imagined. (example)
  3. It makes me feel inferior that they have a nice figure who is joined in yoga class.(example)
  4. I can not do yoga for stiff. (Image)
  5. It was more tough than had thought it would be. (example)

It’s Often heard that is I can not do yoga for stiff.’ and I can’t do yoga, because I’m not flexible.’ also. Don’t you?

But, it’s wrong.

It’s really misunderstanding.

For example,
There is a radio calisthenics in Japan.
All Japanese people know that and have experience in doing radio calisthenics.
Can do it regardless of age or gender.
What is the difference between yoga and radio calisthenics?

Difference between  yoga and radio calisthenics.

Purpose of radio calisthenics.
  • Warming up.
  • As part of maintenance of health.

In most cases it is done warming up or as part of maintenance of health,

usually not focus any movement.

Purpose of yoga.(Image)

  • Exercise which is for someone who is flexible.
  • Amazing posture that is almost impossible if someone who is so flexible.

Many people is misunderstood about yoga that is amazing posture that is almost impossible if someone who is so flexible.

Original purpose of yoga.
  • The cessation of the turnings of the mind.
  • Connecting mind and bady.
  • Regain good health without separate mind and bady.

Need to understand that is posture of yoga is process, It’s not original purpose.

Yoga is method that has a long history and regained good health

without separate mind and bady.

If you get sick, mind will be sick also.

Opposite also.

Body and mind as one.

We shouldn’t do anything with separation of mind and bady.

Keep together always.

It’s somewhat hard to approach, but you could understand that there is not so difference yoga and radio calisthenics because purpose of them is for as part of maintenance of health.

Of course, there is so difficult posture in yoga.

but It’s not all. It means there is easy posture.

  3. Night yoga 3 minutes.

Each program is made up with those 3 combination as noted above 1, 2 and 3.

Yoga is somewhat hard to approach, but you shouldn’t make it more difficult it is and Why not try to do yoga. Don’t you like to spend your time approximately 6 to 9 min a day for mental and physical health?

Yoga isn’t method that get results in a short period of time easily.
